I have some delicious chicken thighs from local Ferme Rose-des-vents (via my panier Lufa) for dinner tomorrow night. What shall I make?
Chicken Dijon
Wonder if my nearly two-year-old toddler will like the taste of Dijon mustard? If she likes escargots, she could like anything.

Baked Moroccan Chicken Thighs
For low-FODMAP would have to omit the garlic and shallots and drastically reduce the amount of canned chickpeas. This would probably be good with some eggplant and/or zucchini added to the mix.

Succulent Crispy Chicken
I hadn't thought of dredging chicken pieces in gluten-free flour before cooking, nor cooking in garlic-infused oil (instead of garlic powder in the coating, I guess). Smart. I recently found garlic-infused oil in our local Metro supermarket so have been enjoying the flavour boost.

One-Pan Chicken Dinner Bake
My toddler is a big fan of "ta-toe" (potatoes) in any form. It's one of the few words she says in English instead of French. I think she'd like this one.
